Riff Raff should be dry and more likely to be stored in the dark. Under these conditions, it stays quite loose for 6 months. Of course, we recommend not leaving the Riff Raff so long, but to snap or process directly.
We make Riff Raff in pop-up kitchens in Berlin. This is therefore done in compliance with the existing hygiene regulations.
